1 - Mike Jay has asked for you to complete an Information E-mail for the State Meet.   For the upcoming state meet, please send Athlete Info via email.  Send to: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   Please include last years state meet results for your athletes.  Include previous years if it is significant.   This years State XC and Drake Relays results. Pronuciations are a must PLEASE!   I want to avoid the mis-pronunciation of an athletes name, if at all possible, Thank you so much for the time you spend coaching the student athletes in our fine state and best of luck at the Blue Oval!

6 - The Spring IATC Meeting will be held at Ames High School Saturday, June 1st. The meeting is for all IATC Members.  Meeting begins at 9:30 am

One day clinic in Des Moines, Monday, June 24th.  This is a joint venture with the National Coaches Association.  For each coach attending from Iowa the IATC will recieve $20.  Please follow the links for the Clinic information and Registration.

This is a database created by Mike Jay as he has been going through rosters of all 4 year colleges and universities in Iowa.  It contains all former Iowa preps who these schools have listed on their Cross Country rosters.  You will notice that some schools list a hometown rather than the actual high school the prep attended.  If you or someone you know can help Mike with that info, that would be great.   Please e-mail Mike at: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it     He will soon have a list for those Iowa Preps running out of state.
